The system of Reiki is a Japanese spiritual practice that not only supports healing, but also provides you with a context for spiritual growth and personal development. Learning the system of Reiki can lead to a regular spiritual practice that will allow you to increase your intuition and Self-awareness through the strengthening of your foundational energetic strength.

Through the journey of Reiki, you become more balanced and compassionate, and as you begin to discover your True Self, you remember the Light within…the Great Bright Light.

There are many ‘types’ of Reiki these days - I teach traditional Japanese Usui Reiki Ryoho, meaning I teach as close as possible to the original methods and teachings of Mikao Usui, the Reiki Founder.

The courses emphasise the “five pillars” of Reiki:

-Reiki meditations

-Mantras and symbols (Introduced in Reiki II – Okuden)

-Reiki precepts

-Hands on Healing

Reiki can give you greater discipline and focus, it can help you to feel more centred and balanced while your intuitive nature grows stronger. Reiki is a path to greater awareness and enlightenment, whether you feel you are just beginning your journey or you’re a seasoned ‘traveller’ Reiki may be your next step.

The courses include a comprehensive Workbook to take with you, your completion Certificate and afterwards a 21 day e-course - this helps you to establish a continuing practice and also offers a more extended learning experience.

- A 2 day course consisting of 2 x 6-7 hours days - over two Saturdays or a mid-week day.

Reiki I Course (Shoden)

Shoden means “first teachings / awakening”, it is the Japanese name for Level I.

During this course you will:

-Open your energy channels – initiation.

-Learn the foundation of the system.

-Learn and experience Self-healing.

-Reawaken your ability to heal others (usually focusing on friends, relatives, pets).

-Learn to sense and cultivate energy (Ki).

-Receive 4 Attunements.

Reiki II Course (Okuden)

(offered as a private one on one course for AU$550)

Okuden means “inner or hidden teachings”, it is the Japanese name for Level II.

During this course you will:

-Open your energy channels further.

-Receive the first 3 symbols – these assist in the strengthening and development of our connection to the Reiki energy.

-Begin Mantra and symbol work.

-Learn ‘distance’ Reiki.

-Receive 3 attunements.

Reiki II builds on what you’ve learned and opens your energetic channels even further. You are introduced to the symbols and Mantras, and also distance healing. If you choose to do Reiki II you have decided to go more deeply into your Reiki practice and after completion you may choose to offer your services as a qualified practitioner – or you may just want to build on your personal spiritual practice.

This is known as the ‘Practitioner Level’, you must have at least this level to practice professionally.

Reiki III Course (Shinpiden)

Reiki Mastership is not about becoming a ‘Master’, it’s about choosing to walk the Master’s path. It’s not about accumulating more knowledge and techniques, it’s about a clarification of where the techniques and practices can take us, this may surprise you.

The assumption is that you’ve been working with Reiki for at least a year, maybe more. The understanding of how it feels and works within you has been growing. Now you can learn more about embodying the energy, becoming one with it. You will receive the Master Symbol and learn how to attune others to Reiki. You will dive deeper into methods of inner exploration and learn more about your ability to perceive and direct energy.

This is a 3-day course with a 6-week personalised program afterwards that is designed to take you further into your personal journey and practice. During the 6 week program, I offer the option of connecting with me each week (online) to discuss anything that comes up for you, to help you understand the practices, and to introduce you to the next part of the program.

Reiki Teacher Training

You may not intend to teach Reiki to others, for that reason I prefer to offer this as a separate course. It is a single day, and we will go through how to create a Reiki class that reflects your own style while remaining true to the essence of the traditional teachings. You will be able to use my manuals to begin your teaching journey, or you may like to use them as a basis from which to create your own. We will discuss this on the day. This is tailored to the individual and as such, the inclusions may vary. This is not a mandatory course in order to teach as you may feel confident enough to do so after the Mastership, if not this is where you would gain that confidence.

Level 1 is the practitioner training session and Level 2 is the expansion of consciousness workshop. During the workshops you will receive attunements relative to the Level, we'll do some symbol work and meditations as well, also the opportunity to experience the healing itself. The Pellowah workshops include certificates, workbooks and your registration as a Pellowah Practitioner with Kachina Ma’an (the founder of Pellowah).

Once you have completed the Pellowah workshops you can receive attunements which are much faster and more powerful than the regular healings. Each Pellowah Level 1 attunement is equal to 10 normal healing sessions and each Pellowah Level 2 attunement is equal to 100 healing sessions, once attuned you can receive up to 5 Level 2 attunements at a time. At Level 3 – the Teacher/Trainer level (currently taught by Kachina Ma’an) can receive unlimited attunements.

Pellowah is an Angelic word for “radical shift in consciousness”, this name was chosen by the beautiful Kachina Ma’an (the founder of Pellowah) as it’s meaning reflects the experience of this sublime energy. This form of healing connects all 12 strands of DNA ready for activation, it also unblocks and realigns the meridians within the body, resulting in a feeling of connection and well-being. Each strand of DNA stores a specific thread of knowledge - as we evolve we will learn to connect and stimulate these strands, giving us access to knowledge and concepts that we cannot yet comprehend in our present state. The perception and understanding of our world will begin to change.

The growth and change brought about by Pellowah facilitates change and enables the person to build on their old frameworks without the previously associated trauma. Through this form of healing the client becomes less concerned with other people’s lives and they gain a new perspective, often resulting in better life choices. Pellowah expands the consciousness, helping them to become more objective and Self-aware. Many other forms of healing produce positive feelings that generally last two days to a week. Pellowah provides a feeling of well-being that seems to last, and in fact it often gets stronger as time goes by - this is because the healing happens from the inside out. The energy changes you from within and the “new you” becomes the normal state of being. Our subconscious has a habit of reverting us to old habits and beliefs, this is often referred to as the Internal Thermostat, Pellowah helps you to move past this and accept change more readily. It opens you to accept and experience a higher vibration within yourself, a paradigm shift often occurs and you are free to move forward and past the blockages that previously held you back.

What are 'Codes'?

It all sounds very ‘mysterious’ but “Codes” (as we like to call them), once programmed, are as simple as ‘pressing buttons on your hands and/or arms’, and yet they can have a profound effect on your personal growth.

The Codes work at a very deep level, the resulting shifts are felt within both your physical and energetic bodies and they allow growth on an expanded scale. You can choose how often you want to use them, daily, every couple of days, weekly, it’s completely up to you.

Once the Codes have been programmed it takes only 5 minutes to reactivate them each time and they never have to be reprogrammed, they are always there when you need them.

Each ‘Code’ is programmed into a physical action such as the touch of a finger on your hand or arm. Through the course you will ‘connect’ each character (like ‘letters’) to a physical action, and once you have ‘learned’ each one, you will put them together to create ‘words’ that activate change at all levels.

The workshops can be done in any order and you can choose to do both or just one.

Codes for Change & Acceleration (Advanced)

These Codes were channeled through by Kachina Ma’an in 2021, they are preparing us for the new energy that is coming to the planet over the next few years. It’s imperative that we are working at our best possible level to prepare for this coming shift.

This is a series of 14 Codes each made up of 7 characters, that are designed to produce change and accelerate your spiritual growth. They are designed to increase your intuition, clarity, empowerment, and awareness. They stimulate an excitement for life and for the future, and help you to operate on a higher level day to day, reigniting a feeling of hope, wonder, and confidence.

Codes for Life

These Codes are designed to support you whether you are actively seeking greater spiritual awareness or not, they are to help with whatever situation that arises in your life. You will be attuned to 10 characters, and learn a series of 10 Codes – each made up of 3 characters.

These Codes are designed to help you with retain information and enhance memory, induce a calmness and focus when required, increase confidence, help you to hold your space when faced with challenging situations, and help you to problem solve, plus much more.

What to expect in a 'Codes' Workshop:

Each workshop includes a booklet to take home, 10 attunements, the programming of the Codes themselves, and how to use them.

These workshops are high energy, in that you will most likely be ready for a rest afterwards - especially the Advanced. It's best to allow at least a week in between if you were wanting to do both. These are both stand-alone courses, you can do them in any order.

Cost of each course is AU$180, however if you choose to do both I offer them for AU$300.
